Offset Seeks Spousal Support From Cardi B in Ongoing Divorce

The Offset and Cardi B split continues to grab headlines—this time over spousal support.
TMZ reports that Offset has officially requested spousal support as part of the couple’s ongoing divorce proceedings. The rapper filed legal documents earlier this month in an amended divorce response.
The rest of the amended filing doesn’t appear to include any other changes. Offset is still asking for joint legal custody of the couple’s three children. However, he does want Cardi B’s home to be designated as the kids’ primary residence.
Cardi B initially filed for divorce in August 2024.
Offset’s filings mark a significant shift in tone from past public statements. Both artists previously expressed a desire to co-parent peacefully and avoid drama, although that hasn’t always been the case on social media.
This report is based on information obtained and published by TMZ.
