Kandi Burruss Won Season 3 Of ‘The Masked Singer’ & Explains How She Kept It A Secret From Everyone [EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW]
Kandi Burruss joined us this morning on The Morning Hustle to discuss being on Season 3 of The Masked Singer and how excited she is that she won. She also became the first female contest to actually win the contest.
She tells us how hard it was to keep being on the show a secret from her friends and family, “I was avoiding people, I wasn’t replying to anyone when they would send a text, I wanted the reveal to be on the show”. After winning, she got really emotional and explains why she got upset by peoples negative comments and how they messed with her, even after winning the contest.

She breaks down how hard it is to actually perform in the costumes, and what goes into the costume picking process. “It’s hard to perform in it, its hot, and I could barely breathe!” We wrap things up by discussing NeNe Leakes’s new song and how she doesn’t like people making comparisons between each others music.
